For a 23 year old beer, it was really damn good. Cork came out in one piece, it smelled pretty acidic but wasn't that bad to drink. Not overly funky, nice mineral body, just a really good beer and not one I'll ever get to try again.

Well I didn’t expect this to be this good. This is not acidic, this is not bad, this is incredible. 23 years old and still had plenty of life left…

Sour/tart, intense tangerine & lemon citrus, apricot color

Time has pickled the apricot a touch, which leads to an interesting flavor. It's certainly not as good as fresh or even a few years old but it's nonetheless excellent, as the fruit and funk are still very much there.
