Very traditional geuze with dry mouthfeel and notes of lemon zest, grapefruit and hops. Surprisingly hoppy, even. Very juicy, not super tart. Delicious.

Wow. Gentle apple with mild yet obvious yeasty acidity. Light body. Earthy notes, then apple and a light maybe berry ester tone and a dryish finish.

Here I am in a car park in the St. Gilles region of Brussels trying the 2023 release of this for the Zwanze Parade. Grassy, tart and super fresh.

2013-08-15 Office des Grands Crus (SAQ) Appearance : Golden amber with medium head. Aroma : Citrus and Sour. Taste : Sour with a metallic finish, the finish is cause by the dry-hop in cask. Palate : Medium body and medium carbonation.

Strange Cantillon flavor profile, very different from geuze and kriek. Very dry with more cheese funk than a Campbelltown malt. I like it but I wouldn’t buy it.

写真ブレた。白ブドウの皮にfunkyさが合わさったような匂い。酸っぱさはそこまででもなく熟成で円熟味。後の方でかなりヨーグルト味したので追記。
