Great signature Cantillon dryness. A bit more one dimensional than their other brews. World class none the less. Enjoyed this a great deal.

Drank over three days the original glass was very lively and zesty fresh and then it smoothed out into an almost apple juice like context. Always beautiful always special always Cantillon

Fleur de sureau, mamouche is it you?

Turns into black tea w lemon. Finish is fairly bitter. Kind of weird TBH! Earthy hops.

Told this was the 2017. Didn't have that big noble flavour of this fresh but more of that smooth Cantillon gueuze taste (although I think this is unblended so I'm obviously talking shite). Cracker either way but think I prefer it fresh.

Definitely one of the more underrated offerings from cantillon. Really enjoyable and easy to drink

Just about got away with breaking the cork. That's delicious, dry, very smooth. Some bitter and sour but the whole thing is really well balanced.

First time other than Zwanze day. They cantillon lemon peel, funky, hints of citrus and stone fruit.
