Floral, sweet, funk and tart aromas. Light body, smooth mouthfeel. In mouth floral, tart, funk, subtle sweet and sour notes. Excellent and super balanced

Wonderfully tart, quite dry, and a nice crispness. Another fantastic one from Cantillon, never seen this one before.

Très bon, un peu fermière, comme la gueuze, mais avec un petit kick citronné, vert. Cool!

Extremely sour forward, tart like vinegar. But smooth body overall

Tart and juicy with funky rubber. Green apple. The tartness is delicious. Subtle layer of hops. Has all the sourness and funkiness of the best Lambics and is multidimensional. Season 20/21.

I love the hops used in Gilloise. Dry and funky. Not managed to get this one before. I know back in 2012 when I had my first lambic as I began my sour and spontan adventures I was on to something I would have to find more of.
