Sour and tart. Very dry. Can’t put a finger on the actual flavour. First sip wasn’t great, but definitely grows on you. Fucking amateur as far as gueuze beer is concerned.

Pamplemousse, orange. Un peu fromagée. Acidité citrique. Pas la plus typique des Cantillon, mais c'est quand même très bon!

Nez brett, pomme blettes. En bouche, moyennement acide, pomme acide, note de poire. Noté légèrement saline sur la fin.

LCI: 2 jaar oude lambiek gedryhopt met Hallertauer. Zoetzure volle body. De florale aroma's knallen er uit, mooi bitter randje.

Presumably the 2021 version. Pleasant lemon, grass, apple with fairly limited dirty funk. A bit lost amongst more spectacular offerings but pleasant nonetheless.

Hoppy, tannic aroma. Smooth, hoppy, funky. Lightly sour. Very dry finish
