After almost three years we meet again.. Still one of my favourites from Cantillon! A refreshing 2-year old 'Gueuze' with Hallertau hops, which are quite noticeable! Fruity citrus notes like lemon, apple and tangerine.. Even some peach!

Not my favorite style, but this was very good. The best showing / definition of a true Belgian sour IMO. Thanks Mike and Andrew!

Here for a quick beer, and then suddenly there are fun people here! And a lovely brew. That dry hopping really gives it a nice floral note (elderflower!). Some powder in the nose, that classic wood as well. And that good pucker. Yum.

Not as puckering as regular cantillon, but delicious and a nice lemon earthiness from the hops. Pre-Phish drink

Nez: houblon, funky; bouche: attaque avec une legere acidité amer agreable puis un leger côté funky. Final avec une acidite et amertume un peu sèche en fond de gorge
