Parce qu'on se bougera toujours un peu les fesses pour du Cantillon 👾 Événement barriqué, ça a moins papillonné que d'habitude en début de gorgée, mais sur le long c'est quand même très très bon !

I had the 2021 version of this.(2023.03.22.) Also the 2022 version at 2022 Zwanze in S.Korea, but not clearly confirmed yet.

Merlot grapes are strong but not overpowering. An absolute classic from overseas!

White grape at the back end of the nose. The nose knows this gonna be winey. My palate calls my nose a liar indicating it’s more of a fruit juice - soft & quenching. Odd for a lambic. Merlot grapes beg a less palate taxing experience. Tart 🍇 juice. 4.39

Musty spiral staircase leading to belgian castle dungeon scent. I am immersed in a middle ages fairytale where the dusty peasant finds the magic bottle. Mildew, moss and magic. Pomegranate palate, ruby jawn. Tastes like time, money and grapes. 7% 4.8 easy
