Just perfectly balanced acidity and merlot grapes. It’s gentle compared to a lot of fruited lambics and really gives you a chance to savour the taste.

Current release - 2021? Rich, tannic grape and rich fruit. Light sweetness. Soft funk, nice tannic finish. Great batch.

Missing some of the fruit notes that Cantillon does very well. Had high hopes but much prefer Vig to St Lam.
