Great balance of sour and fruit. Dry finish. Feels like eating a dry tart apple.

More you drink it gets better. Aroma is little surprising, grape and lambic combines to something that reminds crayon. Taste is very smooth, low to medium acidity. Quite tannic finish for only merlot blend. Intresting but still easy drinking

Lots of grape varieties, but I would prefer this to be a bit more fresh and sour. It's a fairly flat character that does remind me of wine a lot, but it's not something I particularly enjoy.
