紅色澄清度一般、粉色酒帽量中等。香氣呈現淡雅的汗水、漿果、檸檬與發酵風土。入口口感輕盈、明亮淡雅的酸味會帶少量果皮單寧。風味較預期清淡但風味仍富有層次，芒果青、柚皮、橄欖、藍莓、檸檬輪廓清晰，發酵特徵主要為適度的果感與酸韻、動物性特徵收斂。穀物與酒花可忽略，收尾乾，尾韻為細膩的前述稍帶漿果果皮感的果汁風味延續

Very young (Jan '23) but beautiful nose of honey, freshly baked cherry pie, buttery crust. Flavor is quite tart and lightly tannic, raspberry and blueberry flavors, some baked cherry depth. Very nice. Med + acid , a bit too tart right now

The nose is soft and sweet, with strawberries and other berries (light raspberry and blackberry). The palate is fresh and tart, with underripe fresh fruit, some citrus, and light wine notes. Red berries again, strawberries, red wine. Really good.

Deep purple/red beer. Soft carbonation. Very fruity (red fruit, berries). Sweet fruity with tarth funky and bretty notes. Great fruited lambic.

Gronowe, borówkowe mocno, funky ale lekko. W ustach borówki, gronowe, kwasik dość niski, mineralne, szypułkowe trochę, drewniane, mocno ściąga. Dość płaski i krótki finisz, jakby herbaciany. 2020
