Перше пиво з жимолостю, яке колись пила. Цікава дуже мінеральність, але тут не вгадаєш, чи це ягода, чи база. Хороший баланс, приємний танін

👁 a deep ruby red. clear but very dark.👃🏻 slightly herbal with a touch of barnyard. 👄 berry, without sweetness. dry & tart but not puckering.

Not as much honey berry as vault city but it allows the flavours some room to breath. Cloves and spices coming through.

Yes tart, but tannins nearly as prominent! Not that fruit (sweet nectary fruit) forward. Need to be more familiar w honeyberries to fairly score this one

Really nice, reminds me of something but I don't know what. Rich, fruity, jammy. Dry rather than sour.

Instantly one of my favorite fruit (not grapes) lambics by Cantillon. Powerful, juicy and full bodied. Tasty too.

Aroma is funky, fruity, reminds little bit wild raspberry, dark plums. Taste is unexpectedly jammy, marmalade, but still quite high acid goes through. Sugary plums. Sulphury acid and some vinegar in aftertaste. Very interesting and overally really good

Blackberries jam. Blackcurrants and raspberries. Spicy. Tart. Some acid. Wood. Bitter straws.

Is it weird that I get Ketchup on the nose? Good fucking ketchup though, top shelf shit. Lacto vegetal, cinnamon, vinegar, brown sugar. Massive punch of acidity, dry, tart berries.

Lõhn hapu, marjane, marjakestad, tanniinid, toomingas? Maitse hapu, tanniinine, kuiv, paradiisiõunad, toored kirsid, ploomid, toomingad, muud väiksed luuviljalised. Õrnalt metalne. Üle keskmise lambic. Samas ega üle ühe klaasi järjest ei tahagi.

Väga põnev rüübe. Kergelt vürtsikas ja ürdine, lilleline, aroonia, vaarikas, mustikas, mustssõstar ja natuke puitu ka. Üllatavalt matsakas keha ja väga maitseküllane mekk. Imeline tasakaalus marjane lambic. Hape mõõdukas. Suur aitäh Harri S. jagamast.
