Nez fruits rouges, attaque fruitée, puis c'est plutôt floral, sèche, ça fait un peu mélange cerise/framboise. Sympa quoiqu'un peu simple, zéro funk

Camerise = Honigbeere/ blaue Heckenkirsche. Sehr intensiver und interessanter fruchtiger Geschmack. Erinnert an Schlehen, eher herb und wenig süß.

Not a fan of that fruit. A bit of unwelcome bitterness cleaning product. Overall good. Nice lambic base

Ну такоэ. Жимолость дала терпкость и цвет. Во вкусе ее нет вовсе. Просто странноватый крашеный ламбик. Хотя и неплохой. Ферма с какахами деликатна. Неплохо, но уныловато.

Better this time, moar fruit intensity, vinous & tannic with some astringency 🍇🍷 and dry finish 😋

Much more balanced than batch 2019, no clove... Still little astringent. Not my favorite type of Cantillon.

Honungsbären ger en sötma i den rejäla syrligheten.

Reminds me of cranberries, not too much of the signature Cantillon sourness, still pretty tasty
