Hjemme er alt bare fryd og litt gammen, så da kan man hente en feire-øl i kjelleren.

Lots of raspberries, funky brett (leather,barn) also at aroma. High carbonation. Tasty but not an easy

I don't know why anyone would age this beer. The raspberry notes are beautiful but it is so tart at the same time it is tough to taste the lambic or any complexity

Getting the oddest aroma, reminds me of Tuna Mac salad in a Hawaiian plate lunch. Still excellent.
