这喝着好像康帝隆 樱桃。是单纯覆盆子吗？ 另外康帝隆+樱桃/覆盆子的兰比克，风味都比较水果向一点。野是他们的基酒特性，目前喝过的3款类似李子的风味都比较弱

The fresh raspberry is still coming through strong with that underlying acedic sour and barnyard funk.

I don't know why anyone would age this beer. The raspberry notes are beautiful but it is so tart at the same time it is tough to taste the lambic or any complexity

So much fresh jammy raspberry on a bed of tart, citric lambic. Not much funk, lots of sour.

Impressive how well the fruit has held up. The pillowy carbonation is also on point.

Dec 2020 bottle. Light but tight carb, minimal funk in the nose but classic Cantillon funk comes through on the taste. Not as jammy as LPF but fruit is still very prominent.
