So much fresh jammy raspberry on a bed of tart, citric lambic. Not much funk, lots of sour.

Impressive how well the fruit has held up. The pillowy carbonation is also on point.

Dec 2020 bottle. Light but tight carb, minimal funk in the nose but classic Cantillon funk comes through on the taste. Not as jammy as LPF but fruit is still very prominent.

Licht troebel rood 🍺 met roodachtig schuim. G kersen, amandel bittertje. S wat zurig dat blijft hangen en wat droog wordt. Fruitig, kersen,groene appel. Amandel bittertje.

Raspberries, summer and blackcurrant branch. Very refreshing and sour but also a bit more vinous than younger bottles.

Acid raspberry light wooded smell, red color, nice body. Acid sour raspberry light wooded taste, light dry acid raspberry persistence.

Tidligt t sengs i dag. (Bottled 17 FEBRUARY 2020.) (Ja, det står "2019 Lot: Nov" på korken, men har sett korkene bommer et par måneder noen ganger.)
