Lyxigt att få prova en direkt från ettårsfat. Oblandad och utan kolsyra. Friskt och gott. Ganska mild.

Es ist eher wein als bier, auch bei 5% Steigung, keine Kohlensäure. Antrunk unangenehm sauer, bisschen Litschi, dann aber richtig interessanter Abgang mit Noten von Röstkastanie.
