Usual awful cork, time dried the beer in an unusual way, giving it a perfect morello cherries flavor. Nice one, although had better vintages. Lacks in complexity.

Lambic is dominating the fruit right now. Very very well balanced acidity and a mineral profile. Super nice.

Ya más compleja, queda algo de sabor de la cereza pero en su mayoría son sabores y aromas de granja MUY intensificsdos. Aunque el trago es algo tart y el sabor es fuerte, después de varios tragos pasa suave.

Straight from the cellar, with the isual Cantillon character and funk. Some vinegar notes in the aroma upon opening up, but it settles after a while in the glass. Taste was cherry skin, with a hint of balanced acidity. ⬆️4.35

Some balsamic notes in the aroma, tart, but medium sourness in the taste, lots of cherries in the taste. Pretty good, thanx to Michael C. 4.30⬆️

This had some strange cork flavours but they disappeared after some time in the glass Hope the second one I have will be better
