Acide, fruité, un côté crayeux que j’ai pas détesté. La Magic Lambic avait détruit mon sens du goût donc pas sûr d’avoir la juste impression de la bière. Merci beaucoup Sébastien B. !

RdG fraîche c'est habituellement top, mais la c'était beaucoup trop acide j'en ai encore mal au ventre. ACHETEZ VOUS DES TUMS

Le début de la bouteille m’a vraiment paru super sucré, sirop de framboises et acidité vive, mais pas l’fun. Le fond était mieux balancé avec la levure. Étrangement, je pense préférer Magic Lambic!

Stene’s new bar that he took ownership on about 4 years ago after leaving Akkurat. About 5 minute walk from it. Always has a Cantillon on tap and what a good one 😀

Bouteille du 8 mars 2021. Très fruitée en jeunesse ainsi. On sent un côté acide se pointer derrière mais c'est tout doux. Meilleur que la kriek à mon sens. Merci Mathieu M. !
