Holy jam! It's very deep, and intense. Would not expect this at all. It's a bit unbalanced with all the fruit and a very assertive sour note. Works great with food though and is much more enjoyable as it warms. Thanks Dan H.

Strong raspberry aroma. Again, never disappoints. Starts sweet then dries out a bit.

Bottled 14/12/20. Can't go wrong with Rose. Tart and funky with lots of raspberries and moderate acidity. ⬆️4.35

Bottle froze while shipping... April 28 2021 probably freshest I have had. Aroma is incredible fresh raspberry. Oddly enough I think much of what was left frozen in the bottle was water so diluted flavor... Strange experience. Luckily bottle 2 survived.

Round two, celle là était potable. Drôle de nez terreux mais au goût c'est très confiture surette. Une bonne bière médiévale 😅

Pas autant satisfaisante que les batchs entre 2016 et 2019, mais clairement 100x meilleur que la bouteille qu'on a drainé le mois passé. Terreuse, funk bardyard super étrange, jammy et la gorgée est longue, unique en son genre.

FLN. So crazy to get this in VA - loads of raspberries, earthy and lightly tart, slightly savory toward the end. Very tasty. 4/2021 bottle. 4.4.
