Le fruit est encore très présent. Peut être un peu plus confit, et les notes de noyau se font un peu plus sentir que sur une fraîche pour mon plus grand bonheur.

13-May-'19, .75cl. Zero pop upon de-cork, clean cap. Poured with thin, unstable head but intense cherry nose rose up from the glass. Juicy red fruit, lemony twang, cheesy funk and some tannin (!?) on the finish?

Best lambic kriek ever...funky, never aggressive, cherry notes, smells like yeast and red fruits. The serving is a plus!! Top!! 🇧🇪💣
