Ma première cantillon. À la hauteur, complexe vineux léger vif, très sure mais pas agressant. Le l'ambiance à l'honneur !!

Très bonne lambic! Beau funk boisé, raisins présent en bouche, sèche aussi! Belle acidité sans trop d'agressivité! Bien heureux d'avoir goûter à ça!

La première de mon pack d'hivers. C'est RI DI CU LE. Une finesse inégalé. Poussière, bois de grange, pomme molle, et le raisin. Impossible d'écrire ce produit. Entre ça et st lam, je préfère st lam, mais je dois dire que la finesse ici est supérieur.

Only left it here 7 months. Thanks to Vic for the corkscrew lend! Sharp, vinegary, musty grapes, beautifully smooth.

Dry vinous aroma. Funky barnhouse flavor with dry grapes. Refreshing, very sour and super tasty.

Ton of taste for this abv. Mildly sour and grapes. Clean body. Touch of dryness, but not too much.

Ciekawsza butla niż 2019. Bardziej dzikie, gronowe. Może nie ma efektu zajebistości jak za pierwszym razem, ale nadal pyszka.

Happy Halloween! This is better than I expected this fresh. Big lemon and musky funk with a dry finish. Cheers!
