Great balance and dept, and this beautiful dry finish that you would not expect, ever. Like a good Led Zepp song from one of the final albums.

From last night. 12 Oct ‘20. Viognier flavor is on-point and the higher quality grapes are evident. Low acidity and balanced. More light brett farmhouse style funk than traditional Cantillon funk. Should age incredibly well. 4.4

Stafford Woods: 10/12/20 bottle: white grape, green grape skins, Brussels airborne bacteria, light pepper, oak, organic cereal, cedar, and vinegar, and loon funk. Tasting nice this fresh, but could see this being 🔥 in a few years. 4.3
