Nez sur la gueuze, la noix. Un peu Plate malheureusement servie comme ça mais c'est vraiment canon. Gros côté "tart" gourmand, acidité maîtrisée et funk présent. Sacré belle longueur

Olor y sabor a vinagre, muy ácido, luego notas afrutadas, a uva y con un retrogusto terroso y a algo más. Cuerpo muy ligero. Es seca.

Nez funky léger, toujours très cool au cask, texture plate mais petit jus de raisin blanc, acidité bien présente

4 Oct 20 bottle date. Still drinking damn good, but I prefer the Oct 2019 batch I drank the other day.
