Le goût du raisin est beaucoup plus subtile que dans une st-lamvinus, mais quand même présent. C’est léger, c’est fruité, bien sec et assez boisé. Très belle découverte.

Eerste keer met Viognier druiven ipv Muscat. Herinner me het niet genoeg om een verschil te proeven. Gebotteld oktober '20, ideaal nu het wat begint op te warmen, echt wel zo een zomers bier. Heerlijke druifjes met een enorm dorstlessend karakter!

Latest batch, 14 Oct 2020 bottle date. Fantastic creamy carbonation, light funk, oak, fruity, tart, floral and dry. Definitely more enjoyable than the St Lamvinus I drank earlier tonight.

Ох как хорошо, прекрасный ламбик в базе, округленный нотками белого вина, но с сохранением классических диких ноток. Ещё бы чуть терпкости, как у кожицы виноградный и совсем топ был бы.
