Dość ciężkie, drewniane, tokaj przeważa, ale wychodzi też kiszona kapusta. No tak średnio bym powiedział to wyszło jak na lambika z winogronami. Nut funky relatywnie mało.

W aromacie kwasno owocowo, lekko kiszonka i kurz wychodzi. W smaku jakby drewno ocet owoce.

Unique. Heavy white grapes, moderate acidity, odd finish. I am curious how this one evolves over many years, but tastes too young at the moment.

Light, fruity apples, pears, spritzy and refreshing. Glorious starter beer. Second pouring has a light funk.

Lõhnab kui hapukapsas. Maitses nõrgalt apelsini, palju maalähedust, kergelt ürdine, viinamarjad, redis. Väga erinev tavapärasest cantilloni märjukeste maitsetest. Huvitav, aga pole päris minu teema.

03 March 2021 - Light apple/pear up front. The finish has a lot of white wine notes mixed with lemon, a touch of vinegar, and a slight hint of funky blue cheese.

Inte den bästa av Cantillon specialare, men förstås ändå bra. Jag väldigt speciell smak. Drar nästan åt tokajvin. Saknar lite fräschör.
