Thanks Mark! Had this after ~1 day in the bottle in August, and it has benefited from the refermentation since then. The apricot differences are less than I anticipated based on the unrefermented bottle.

Tad acidic but after letting it breath for an hour or so great fruit flavors.

Having it in bottle compared to draft this time I got way more of a creamy like apricot notes. So so good.

LCI. The fresh flavour is starting to make way for acidity. If you like that, then this is drinking great, but it's starting to become too acidic for me. However, still very nice and has all the other classic fou character.

Certainly an abundance of apricot, mild cantillon funk. There’s something that’s a bit young in this one that’s not great—rubbery sulphur, urine notes. If you must drink it now, decant for an hour IMO. I’ll be saving the rest of mine for a while.

I get the regular Fou goodness, but something is definetly off. A rubbery, burnt plastic sulphur-y thing going on. Make sure to cellar this for a while

It's been a while between drinks. Bit more acidic than I like it, but excellent levels of apricot. Don't age this one, she's only tarter from here

Quite young but also showing some acidity as experienced in the 2019 bottle I had. Considerably less fruity than the 2020 version. Some dirty Cantillon funk and odd raw onion present as well which. Decent but one of their worst seasonals, I think.

Mirabelka a nie morela, ocet, cienkie wino. Ojjjj, nie pykło.

W aromacie suszona morela, potem jakaś mirabelka, octowość suszone owoce. W smaku kwaśne octowe taninowe.
