Fuzzy apricot skin, tart stone fruits, medium acidity without being harsh, very enjoyable. Drink fresh.

Seriously sour and seriously excellent. Apricot works very well to sweeten these powerful lambics with a gentle honey tone. Wow.

Parel! Altijd al een fou' foune willen proeven, nu hebben ze m op tap, dus go time! Heerlijk zuurtje, bijzonder fruitig en complex. Wat droog ook. Subliem!

Soms moet je even wachten voor je het zuurtje proeft, maar daar is hier geen sprake van. Echt een smoelentrekker. Daarna gelukkig ook nog wat fruit.

8/17. Thanks Al, some really nice fruit: dried apricot, apricot jam, Brussels basement, lemon. Nose has a little bit of chemical type paint thinner, but the flavor is solid. Better than most fou foune which I’m not a big fan of when it comes to Cantillon
