Sour, salty, sparkling and with a ton of apricot and some dry funk. Paired with Fromage de Riom, cold-fermented bread and some apricot and peach marmalade. Delicious!

Seems to me that 12 August bottling is less acidic than 23 August. Just my two cents. Love this beer, it's great.

Fresh, smooth and fruity apricots. Very smooth and elegant. Medium funky and sour aftertaste, rather deep. Some vinegar, hints of bitterness. Terrific.

Sitrende&fin duft av aprikos. Ekstremt fruktig men forfinet&passe skarp smak av tørkede aprikoser. Kledelige mengder velintegrert syre. Livlig mf. Utmerket balanse. En svært god årgang. 6%, T230821, T0=8.4C.

Spectacular. Bright apricot. Candy on the nose. Massive tart and juicy flesh and skin. This has just a little bit of the Cantillon funk at the back end. Holy shit. This is magical.
