Decently sour, the right amount. Not overpowering. Not overly fruit-forward but there's enough. Lighter beer overall. Slightly watery finish is the only thing keeping it from being a 4.75

Heel mooi zacht. Licht zuurtje, duidelijk fruit, maar met een klein zoetje. Hele avond over gedaan. Erg fijn 🙂

My first time trying Fou'Foune. Why not the freshest batch? This is a fantastic lambic with the perfect peach punch. Variable stonefruit notes. Funk is subtle. Can't wait to try the ones I have that are a bit older.

4.40. Really good now. Medium sourness and juicy apricots. Still lactic acid makes it drink like Yakult

OMG. Crispy, balanced, slight bitterness and well-proportionated acidity. Great beer! Underripe berries on the finish.
