Normalt lidt bedre synes jeg. Syren tager over lidt bortset fra sidste glas som havde meget mere aprikossmag. Passede glimrende till grillet ryggbiff.

Vorige keer was ik niet overtuigd van deze vintage, bij deze fles helemaal wel weer. Heerlijk.

2014/2021. Right. Pours with a decent fluffy white head and murky apricot body. Head fades more quickly than that of the 14. Nose is funkier than I recall in fresh Fou but hugely fruity. Apricot jam paired with a slightly saline sourness. Very tasty.

Lovely ripe apricot nose, the freshness really jumps at you compared to the 2014. Fantastic as a typical apricot sour, but honestly would not have guessed Cantillon in a blind test.

Last weekend share. Intense apricot aroma, even peachy, jam-like. Kinda sharp sour in the taste, but still great imo.

Plus acide que dans mes souvenirs, mais c’est tellement bon. On sent bien l’abricot sans que ça domine.

More fruity, hazy, acidic than than what I remember. Perhaps 1-2 years will add more complexity and balance to this really funky beer. Still delicious.

De laatste fles bij de Prik&Tik en kon ‘m niet laten liggen. Prima in de abrikoos, zacht en lekker zuur, maar naar mijn idee wel minder in het houtige en abrikoos dan z’n voorganger een jaar eerder.
