Quite assertive acidity, more orange than apricot. Not how I remember it tbh #bottleshare

Not as good as draft last year but not bad, just a tad acidic. Much better than 2021 bottles for sure. First beer of lambic fest!

Middle one. 18- to 24-month aged lambik batches, conditioned on Bergeron apricots. Started in 1998 by grower with the name “Foufoune” recommending these apricots to Cantillon, and it took off.
