The 1st of the 12 whales. Deep aromas of apricot. Bold apricot flavors highlighted by all the notes of a wild fermentation. Absolutely delightful!

In comparison to the fruit skin on the nose of West Ashley Cuvee, Fou is lightly floral cheese funk. Good head retention. Candied fruit seeps seamlessly into and perfumes the whole beer. IMHO there is one winner to Battle Apricot, but you should try...

Nicely balanced, fruit just on point, great acidity. Excellent

Masser af fedme og abrikos. Mangler dog mere syre for at nå 20’eren. Stadig en sucker for denne klassedrik

Glad to drink some lambics in the US. Maybe a lack of funk, nice carbo, really abricot forward

Muted dark golden color with a fine white head and a tart fruity nose. Soft over the palate with a sharp tangy mouthfeel. Big apricot flavor with a mild funk and dry finish.

21st birthday beer! Complex but easily drinkable. Sour and a little funky with a peachy finish. Excellent.
