Kwasne, ale sporo funky, dzikosci, stajni, piwnicy, dojebane dzikoscia, z fajna nuta winogronowa duzo beczki, drewna, tanin, 4,3, s: kwasne, grejpfrutowe, sciagajace, dzikie, taniczne, lambiczek dojebany, 4,2 overall, bo pazurka troszku brak.

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with lobster. Lovely at it current age but this gueuze has more to give I a couple of years!

Mooie blend van 4, 3 en 3 jaar oude Lambic. Lichte oxidatie, weinig bubbels, mooie Funk. Heerlijk. Nice catch Tom O. Last bottle

So good. Some sweet sherry aspects mixed in with some younger geuze. Will get better with time but great as it is at the moment
