Om te vieren dat het Belgiach wielerjaar is begonnen maar een mooie fles opengetrokken. Alsof er een engeltje op je to g piest, wat een lekker spul, goed op de rabarber, en proper glassware 🙂

Eerste bier zo een zure, altijd geinig. Deze is echter aangenaam zuur. Ruikt naar kapotgekookte groente, maar smaakt prima naar rabarber. Niet met Marja, maar die geniet ook lekker van een drankje.

Light funk, juicy, with notes of cereal, citrus and rhubarb obviously. Great balance between sweet, bitter and tart. Lots of carbonation! 4.10

Cantillon slightly different from the way they use to make things. But pretty good. Somehow funky salty sourness, kinda sparkly from the rhubarb. Pretty tasty but easy. Pleasant. Not acetic at all. Liked it.

Strong rhubarb aroma. Very sweet rhubarb on the tongue that dries up quite a bit. Some lingering tartness and sweetness.

This is probably the best Nath I've ever had. Nice and fresh. Acidity and funk are in balance. Grapefruit rind with a touch of cereal, rhubarb bitterness in the finish.

perfect execution. slightly smoother on draft than bottled lambic. light crisp tart body that represents style. light sour rhibarb in it is a bit like lemon not as tart though - works wonders with style. location - wooden nickel

Not often rhubarb comes forth, but here it does even if as usual bit laidback. Light funk, light wooden, but yet so good rhubarb notes.

Subtle rhubarb and more straightforward compared to others but still lovely carb and balance

The least revalatory of the cantillons here, but still delicious. Rhubarb comes out after sitting out for a few minutes but it's still fairly even throughout the whole taste experience.

Lambic over rhubarb. One of the best rhubarb beers I've had, mind you who even attempts to brew with rhubarb?
