Au nez pas de doute sur le fruit, ça sent la rhubarbe à fond. En bouche c'est pareil, très gourmand. Une belle acidité bien maîtrisée, c'est propre et efficace !

In this evening,it’s better than Nath 2020, different from the most cantillon I’ve had, neither dry nor acidic, just a balanced sour sweet, a youth,unworried,happy lambic,as adorable as the label, turn back the clock 20 years after finished the bottle.

Eerste keer Nath… Normaal niet zo een fan van rabarber in bier maar dees smaakt verrassend goed. Rabarber niet overheersend, zacht zurig.
