Very funky, brett, horse blanket, leather, okay, acid nose. Flavor is moderate to heavy funky, tarty, dryish, vegetable, wheaty, brett, wild yeasty, straw, to acid dry ending. Body is light, texture is watery, average carbonation. Nice and balanced.

Natte droom. (Sorry mevrouw Nath). Fantastisch bier!! Ga al goed op rabarber, maar icm de lambik echt nog beter. Best toegankelijk nog, licht, vooral rond. Niet teveel zuur, niet tart, koolzuurtje nog aanwezig en een randje zoet. Heel erg tof! 😍

Heerlijk. Funky neusje gevolgd door een meega ronde rabarber zoetzurige dronk. Abrikoos oranhe geel. Alle onervaren drinkers vonden het overigens lekker, wat heel bijzonder is voor een gueze; "Hij stinkt wel"

Filthy browning apple skins and raw rhubarb. Flavour develops into marginally (!) sweeter poached forced rhubarb with a spit making sourness 😀. There is parmesan, soft leather and the merest hint of lemon. Acidic but utterly sublime.

(School dinner) unsweetened rhubarb with waxy funk & new barrel oak nose; taste is stewed rhubarb enlivened with gooseberries & greengages and a herbal bitter twang; then waxy funk & musty oak & gooseberry skin tannins join; non-Wakefield rhubarb finish.
