Aromat pomiędzy jagodą i porzeczką. Sporo skóry, dzikości, beczki. Barwa i piana ok. Smak kwaskowy, owocowy, dziki, stonowany, niewielki alkohol. Bardzo fajne piwo.

Subtle haskap bitterness runs clean through a sour body with an acidic finish. Unique stuff.

Used for Alec’s delayed toast. 🍻 Thicker and more vegetal than the average Cantillon; this blue honeysuckle, or haskap berry, flavor is genuinely wild! Overall effect is of a red wine / lambic hybrid.
