Lambic - Fruit

Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity. We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

闻上去浆果香气偏向于蓝莓的果香，入口反而莓果香气不是很明显，这个果子是只有康帝龙用过的蓝靛果，确实是莓果风味不是太明显，入口平和的醋酸感，能感受到果子带来的果汁感，但甜味没有很明显，整体平和顺滑，确实也是个有意思的水果尝试
