Very nice, slightly fruity with the berry flavors, just a little bit of acidity. Dry mouthfeel.

Bit of a treat on keg! Smooth, loads of berry, with a perfect little sour kick. You won't be surprised to hear it's delicious.

Un jus de fruit. À l'ouverture, côté mentholé en bouche. Par la suite on le retrouve seulement au nez.

Thicker and tannic. Haskap sorta dominates it all, like being hit by a wall. Less complex an end.

Haven't had haskap in a while, don't taste much else. Straightforward yet pleasant.

Super bowl!! Not sure what blue honeysuckle is supposed to taste but I dig it. More vinous, mild funk. Not too tart or acidic.

I’m at a loss to describe this, some tart cherries with an undertone of peppery arugula. Flavor is lightly tart with the forest flavors never letting this get too tart. Finish is dry and a bit chloroseptic. No other beer like this out there, damn good.

Keg. Immense lambic. Certainly gets your saliva glands flowing (TMI?). Lush fruity sour ale.
