Even better 20 months since I last had it. Soft fruit, balanced funk and acidity. Bit of a creamy finish that I associate with my favorite lambics. Glad I have a few more, but this is a vintage worth seeking out more, too. 4.85

Great to try this batch once again, especially on Christmas Eve and shared with my oldest friend, Nick. Splendid and tasty. That said, a bit more lactic than fresh back in 2018. đ€·đ»ââïž Down .1.

Fruity with white grapes, funky lambic, wood, tannins and a dry and bitter finish. Very well balanced and an amazing beer.

22Oct2017 bottle, 3rd check-in. This one was a bit more acidic, a bit less integrated. Still got that washed rind cheese on the nose, with some lemon and floral aromas.

Nose is odd - very farmy, kinda like a petting zoo. Tastes better than it smells

22Oct2017; .75cl. Real nice Brie cheese funk on the nose, mixed in with some dried apricot(?!) Gentle acidity, apple skin, lemon, bit of peach, limestone on the finish. Overall very soft and impressive complexity. Great to share with some A+ neighbors.

Birthday Tailgate beer. Hard game to stomach but the day was so fun it didnât really matter. The nose on this was incredible. You know itâs good when a non beer drinker smells it and says âWhat the F is that!!â
