Cheese pairing. First drink in a while... Great vinous subtle sour. Different from the recent versions with other grapes but for sure a very pleasant and balanced drink

White grape, apricot, lemon, gooseberry, funk, hay, leather and oak with a dry slight acidic finish. Medium body with a great balance between the vinous notes and the mustiness. Superb depth to all flavours involved. Sublime

LCI. Effectivement un côté vin très présent. Funk délicat qui laisse le fruit s'exprimer, acidité assez marquée, qui assèche bien la bouche à la longue. Peu importe, le profil est superbe
