Abgefüllt 03/2022. Was für ein heftiger Unterschied - dabei liegen die beiden nur 3 Monate auseinander. Hier perlt die Kohlensäure konstant nach oben. Total saftig, fruchtig, süß und leichter Farmhouse-y funk. Deutlich weniger intensiv overall. Wirkt aber

Clairement meilleure frais que vieillie selon moi. Au nez, c'est fruité avec un petit côté vinaigre de cidre de pomme. En bouche, le côté boisé est bien présent. La finale n'est pas trop acide et assez astringente. Effervescence dans la moyenne.

LCI. That hit the spot. Classy tart, honey and vanilla, citrus, a bit of an oddball compared to previous vintages but it works for me.
