Lækker sur fætter. Lidt mere duft og lidt mere vedholdende surhed havde smidt den højere op. Men det er stadigt med pil op ad.

What a nice blend you are. Lactic. Citrusy. Sweet. Stone fruit. Apricot. Small yellow plums. Woody. Mineral. Almost perfect.

As expected from the nose the taste of sour apples, grapes & fermenting hay fills my mouth w/ a brisk tartness that produces layers of salivation after each swallow. The sourness abates over time and a delicious balance emerges. Excellent beer! #bb #wbg

Surprisingly simple and light. Low to medium complexity. Lime, wheat and umami. Falls off pretty quickly. Goes well for babys first gøz

Mooie ding. Een fijne geuze ook weer. Toch weer een hele tijd in de kast gehad. Milde zuren, wat zachter en rond. Wat appeligheid en een hintje abrikoos lijkt wel. Best nice. Heeel licht fizzy nog. Lekker!

Lotta skunk dank at the cork pop thankfully dissipates, more blonde caramel than usual with a tart and funky body, melon and gooseberries, and slightly dry finish

Recuerdos al primer sorbo de una buena sidra asturiana, pero mejor todavía. Acidez de manzana refrescante

That unmistakably big tart sourness reminiscent of sharp stone fruit. Oaky funk, incredible complexity. A special beer indeed. This one was nearly 2 years in the bottle. Wish I had another for aging!

Yeast, oak, a hint of sour apple and citric grass notes on the nose. Lively and effervescent with a mouth-coating astringency. Smooth, savoury finish. Cantillon is as Cantillon does. This one could have done with being cooler.

Paardendekenzweet ten top, mooi afgerond zuurtje. Geen scherpe kantjes.
