Tror aldrig jag druckit den här så färsk! Lite äpple och krusbär blandat med något mer stenfruktigt typ mango eller aprikos om än ganska vagt. Annars som tidigare. Trevlig syra! Riktigt fin och passar helt okej till sashimi 🍻

Apricot, funky cheese, white flowers, peppery aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, showing tart citrus, herbal and apricot flavours with a slight funk. Then the sourness and bitterness come through with the carbonation for a dry, refreshing finish

Très bonne gueuze, bon funk légèrement cheesy, abricot et prune, tart, acidité modérée, bien carb, ça descend vraiment bien!
