Absolutely beautiful nose. Starts funky and moldy. Rustic. Dryness, leather, barn, sweat/horse, hay. Green fruits. Apple, pear, grapes. Delicate sweetness. Delicious acidity. Grainy, woody. Low-medium bodied, mineral, silky, soft. Cozy set. Elegant. Huge!

Dorada con notas anaranjada y opaca. Muy aromática, recuerda a cava o vino blanco. En boca es ligera con dulzor inicial y un amargor muy marcado en garganta y duradero. Tiene un sabor avinagrado que la hace muy característica. Especial
