Oh my goodness. What a sour. Very dry, super bright, and so sour. Lots of lemon and funk, so delicious.

It’s that marvellous time of the year when you can drink some relatively fresh Fou Foune. Not the best vintage apricot character-wise but very much always a delicious treat!

Very soft in mouthfeel yet very deep in flavor… slightly dry with a prevalent flavor of apricot. Very cool to have given the lack of distribution to America.

Very different from previous years! Much more lambic and ‘Gueuze’ charachteristics and funky. Less fruitpunch and more complexity. Even though I’ve had better iterations, it’s still fantasticly balanced and tons of depth. Also a good Carnaval starter 😜
