Very different from previous years! Much more lambic and ‘Gueuze’ charachteristics and funky. Less fruitpunch and more complexity. Even though I’ve had better iterations, it’s still fantasticly balanced and tons of depth. Also a good Carnaval starter 😜

Eerily similar to the bottle version. Higher carb, but same balance of fruit and funk.

还是那个令人感动的饱满果香，新鲜舒服的肉果杏子奔放舒服，带来阳光多汁的果香，就像在嚼肉果的感觉，甜美多汁，酸度还是中等高昂的但是多汁水果的甜味还是平衡的很好

C’est bien fait. Au debut TRES acide. Ne pas mettre dans toutes les mains. Plus on boit, plus le palais s’habitue à l’acidité et plus on sent l’abricot. C’est très bon
