Something in the basic Cantillon yeast strain doesn’t fully agree with my taste buds, but this tart fruity apricot blend isn’t too bad. Fun on tap. Beyond comprehension that a bottle sells for up to 200$ in the US 🙄. Say no more…🤐

I'm okay with this one, but it's not my favorite. This was really smooth, though. Not that I expected anything less.

Fruit feels less 'ripe' than previous batches, sweetness is toned down, makes for good balance with the lambic - let's the funk start to show already
