Morgen een rondleiding en een proeverij, nu een eerste verkenning met als eerste degustatie een Blueberry Lambic. Heerlijk zachte lambik, blueberries, iets droge afdronk, weinig zuur en een klein tikje bitter. Super #bronkoop #mekkavdgeuze

Normaal alleen te krijgen in Denemarken bij een bepaalde kroeg. Gelukkig ook bij de bron vandaag, want deze is wel heel lekker hoor. Besjes proef je goed. En ook weer droog in de afdronk.

Just ridiculously smooth, nice blueberry taste in there that you don’t usually get with other blueberry flavoured beers. Close to perfect.
