Tart & acidic. A lovely lambic to sip through while watching the sunset from the balcony. 43/50

Sour. Acidic. Bodacious. Lots of yummy hops and white wine goodness.

Thx for sharing Max A.! I remember an overall great experience, but I won't go into detail on the tasting notes as it was fairly late in the share😉. 4.4

When at Monk's...have to have a Cantillon. Nice subtle oak, very tasty funk that is well developed, and good peach / plum notes also. Liking it a lot and goes well with Monk's mussels. 4.4, rounding up.

That funk!! 😋 Big woody side, oakey, a tad sourness, hoppy with some bitterness on the finish 👌 Tasty stuff for sure!
